Step 1: Choose Your Hiring Path
- Option A (Accredited Agency): Visit a licensed recruitment office to review CVs and issue a contract backed by the statutory 6-month warranty.
- Option B (Tanazul Transfer): Locate a domestic worker already in Kuwait seeking sponsorship transfer for immediate placement.
- Option C (Direct Visa): If hiring a specific individual known to your family from abroad, request their passport copy and issue a direct entry visa.
Step 2: Submit the Article 20 Visa Application via Sahel
Open the Sahel app, navigate to Ministry of Interior > General Department of Residency > Domestic Labor Services, and submit an Entry Visa Request. Upload the required identification documents and pay the stamp fee online.
Step 3: Overseas Medical & Biometrics Clearance
The worker completes health checkups through accredited GAMCA/Wafid medical centers in their home country, verifying absence of infectious conditions before ticket issuance.
Step 4: Arrival in Kuwait & In-Country Medical
Upon entry via Kuwait International Airport, the sponsor or agency transports the helper for local Ministry of Health medical testing and biometric fingerprinting at the General Department of Criminal Evidence.
Step 5: Contract Ratification & PACI Civil ID Card
Ratify the standard PAM domestic employment contract digitally, complete residency stamping (Article 20), and submit a request to PACI for delivery of the Civil ID card.
